Cheap Call Codes - Direct Dial is designed to be used from private UK landlines. Unfortunately it is not accessible from payphones.

How are my calls billed?

The charges for calls to our access numbers will simply appear on your normal telephone bill from your existing phone provider. For example, if you make a 20 minute call to the USA from a BT phone line via our access number 0844 759 7758 which is charged at 1p/min; Next time you get your BT bill you will see this call itemized as a duration of 20 minutes and a total charge of 20 min x 0.01 = 0.20p. Your service provider may also include a connection charge for each call; for example in the example above BT charges a 3p minimum charge/ connection fee for both 08 numbers and 09 numbers. In other words your bill would show 20min x 0.01 = 0.20p plus 3p connection fee. A total cost for that call 0.23p (inc vat). Can I call these access numbers from my mobile?

Yes you can but your mobile network provider will charge you more than the advertised rate on our website. Prices quoted on our website are based on calls from UK landlines. If you regularly make international calls from your T-Mobile or Orange mobile phones then you can use our mobile service mobile service to make cheap international calls from just 3p/min. No all access numbers advertised on our site are available any time of the day seven days a week.

Why did you change the access number for my destination?

Our access numbers have a fixed rate attached to them. We always try to offer the best prices possible and if the price changes, the access number has to change as well. We are constantly negotiating with suppliers for better deals which we can then pass onto our customers!

Can I use these access numbers outside the UK?

Unfortunately all of the Cheap Call Codes - Direct Dial access numbers will only work if dialled from within the United Kingdom.

I Have an NTL or Talk Talk line can I still use Cheap Call Codes - Direct Dial Number?
